Create Profiles
FIRST Create a parent/guardian profile (if the athlete is 18 years or older this is not necessary)
Select allow notifications.
SECOND Create your athlete’s profile.
Click the black circle in the top left corner. Scroll down click Athletes, then click Add Athlete
We recommend adding a photo for each athlete just to help you distinguish between profiles.




Add a Payment Option
Add your payment information on the HYPE app. You will not be charged until a trial session has been scheduled or a program has been purchased.
Make sure you are adding a credit card to your parent profile so it can be linked to all your athlete’s accounts.

Schedule a Trial Session
Once your profiles are created and payment option has been added to the app contact us by email (ahaus@hyperformancead.com) or text (317-910-8638) to schedule your trial session.
One of our trainers will respond and work with you on scheduling a trial session. At this time your credit card will be charged for the trial session.

Come to Your Trial Session
Come to the facility ready for your workout. Bring clean tennis shoes and water. We encourage parents to attend and watch the trail session. A parent viewing area is located upstairs.
After your trail session a HYPE trainer will meet with you and go over any questions you have.
Start Your Training
Purchase a Program
Programs can be purchased through the app. Make sure you are purchasing programs under the specific athletes and not in the parent profile.

Click on the athlete’s profile picture, scroll down and click Purchase More Sessions.
Please make sure to purchase the appropriate program for your athlete
Youth: 7-12 years
Middle School: 12 - 14 years
High School: 14 - 19 years
College: 18+

​Schedule Training
Scheduling is done through the app. We highly recommend 2 sessions per week especially for first time athletes. We do adjust and accommodate athletes who are training with us during their season.
